2. Using this website

3. Product information, availability and pricing
The categories and products shown on this website describe the ranges we typically supply. They are not an offer to sell, and they do not guarantee that any particular item, brand or quantity is in stock at a given time. Wholesale pricing is available to approved trade accounts only.
Stock, ranges and pricing change. We take care to keep the site accurate, but descriptions are general and are not a substitute for the specification, packaging and instructions supplied with the goods themselves.
4. Retail supply to consumers
Where we supply goods directly to a consumer rather than to a business, that supply is made under UK consumer law. Your statutory rights — including rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, and your right to cancel a distance sale within the statutory period — apply in full and are not affected by these terms.
Retail orders are agreed by direct enquiry. We will confirm the price, quantity and delivery arrangements before the order is placed, and that confirmation forms the contract between us.
5. Trade accounts and wholesale supply
Applying for a trade account is free and places you under no obligation to order. We may decline or withdraw an account at our discretion, including where we are unable to verify the business.
Enquiries made through this website are requests for information, not orders. No contract exists between us until we have issued a written quotation and you have accepted it, or we have otherwise confirmed an order in writing.
Any quotation we issue is valid for the period stated in it and is subject to stock remaining available. Quantities, pricing, lead times and payment terms are those set out in the written quotation, which prevails over anything on this website.
Goods supplied on a trade account are supplied for resale or business use. Where goods are supplied to a business rather than a consumer, the statutory rights that apply to consumers do not apply in the same way, and the terms of the written quotation govern the supply.

The design, text, graphics, logo and layout of this website are owned by DR SALES or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.
Brand names and trade marks belonging to third parties are the property of their respective owners and are used only to describe the goods concerned.
